Welcome to the Parscription Golf Winter League (PGWL)! This is our first annual winter golf league, hosted at the store. The format will be a two-man, net best ball. Please fill this form out and email it to jesse@parxgolfbend.com or drop it off at the store in person.
Notes regarding the league (all information is on the sign-up sheet as well):
- The league will be a 2-person team, net best ball format. 9-hole matches each week, for 10 weeks.
- League nights will run on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during the week. Two sessions each night of the week, 5:00pm – 7:00pm &
7:00pm – 9:00pm. You will only play, one night of the week and only one session. - Payment will be made on the first night of winter league in the store and can be made individually or as a team.
- If you’re having any trouble with the registration form, then you can simply email jesse@parxgolfbend.com directly with the information needed on the registration form.
- If there is a particular day of the week and session time that works better for you and your teammate, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. If you have another team you’d like to play with on most weeks, we recommend that to make scheduling easier. If not, we will pair you with another team.
- It will not be required to compete every single week as team (as mentioned on the registration form) but if a circumstance comes about in which a substitute is necessary for a week, please provide us with their name, phone number, email, and GHIN (or handicap) as soon as possible. The prizes are based on two person teams, so only two drivers will be awarded to the winning team, two putters to second place, etc.
- We are a golf store and do not sell any form of alcohol. You are allowed to bring outside food and drinks (non-alcoholic).
- We ask that your clubs and shoes are clean and not covered in dirt before each night as the dirt can transfer onto the simulator screens and make them dirty.
- The main entrance doors will be locked, we will have everyone go through the side doors, to the right, into the simulator room.
- We highly recommend you bring your own golf clubs, but we do have a couple rental sets available in case someone needs clubs.
- Golf balls and tees will be readily available, but you may use your own golf balls if you prefer.
